Perform in‑process checks on mints: weight variation, hardness (e.g., 4-6 kg), friability (≤1%), appearance and organoleptic parameters.
Conduct finished product testing: assay of active ingredients by HPLC/UV, dissolution tests, microbial limits and physical tests as per internal specs.
Inspect packaging quality: blister seal integrity, correct batch coding, label accuracy and pack count.
Carry out basic raw material testing (identification, purity, organoleptic), verify supplier COAs and prepare internal COAs for each finished batch.
Maintain and archive all QC records, batch release documents and deviation/OOS reports as per GMP requirements.
Maintain calibration schedules and records for lab instruments (balances, HPLC, dissolution, pH meter etc.).
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
