About the Role

Ahmedabad International School is seeking a passionate and experienced Psychology educator to teach IBDP (International Baccalaureate Diploma Programme) and Cambridge AS & A Level Psychology.

Key Responsibilities
- Teach IBDP Psychology and Cambridge AS & A Level Psychology to high school students
- Design and deliver concept-driven, inquiry-based lessons aligned with IB and Cambridge frameworks
- Prepare students for internal and external assessments, including coursework, practicals, and examinations
- Use a variety of formative and summative assessment strategies to track and support student progress
- Provide timely, constructive feedback to students to enhance learning outcomes
- Foster a safe, inclusive, and stimulating classroom environment:
- Collaborate with colleagues on curriculum planning, moderation, and interdisciplinary learning:
- Participate in school events, parent meetings, and professional development initiatives

Qualifications & Experience
- Master’s degree in Psychology or a related field
- B.Ed.



or equivalent teaching qualification (preferred)
- Minimum 2-5 years of teaching experience in IBDP and/or Cambridge AS/A Level Psychology
- Strong understanding of IB and Cambridge assessment standards and pedagogy:
- Experience with extended essays, internal assessments, or research projects (IB experience preferred)
- Excellent communication and classroom management skills
