Bright Steps Academy is opening a brand-new, purpose-built childcare centre in Victor Harbor (Chiton) — and we're looking for passionate and caring Childcare Educators (Diploma qualified) to join our founding team.

What We're Looking For
- Diploma Educators - Early Childhood Education & Care (or ACECQA-approved equivalent)
- Genuine passion for early learning and nurturing young minds
- Understanding of the EYLF, NQF, and best practice (or willingness to learn)
- Warm, positive, and team-focused approach
- Commitment to creating safe, inclusive, and inspiring environments

Key Responsibilities
- Deliver engaging, meaningful learning experiences
- Support children's emotional, social, and cognitive development
