Job Summary
Interiors by Yellow Yards is looking for a proactive and responsible Interior Site Supervisor to manage interior project execution and coordinate with vendors, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure smooth and timely completion of projects.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise day-to-day interior site activities and execution.
- Coordinate with the sales team and clients regarding project updates.
- Manage material receiving, procurement, and inventory at the site.:
- Handle vendor coordination and ensure timely material supply.
- Follow up on vendor payments and send payment reminders when required.
- Ensure end-to-end site execution from project start to completion.
- Maintain site progress reports and documentation.
Requirements:
- 1-3 years of experience in interior site supervision.
- Good understanding of interior materials and site execution.
- Solid coordination and communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple site activities efficiently.
Additional Requirements
- A bike is mandatory for site visits.
