In machinery sales, the assistant often bridges the gap between the technical engineering team and the customer:
- Lead Qualification: Identifying potential business clients (factories, construction firms, etc.) and determining if their needs align with the machinery offered.
- Demonstration Support: Assisting Sales Managers during physical or virtual product demonstrations to show how the equipment operates.
- CRM Management: Maintaining accurate records of long sales cycles—tracking follow-ups from the initial inquiry to the final commissioning of the machine.
- After-Sales Coordination: Acting as a liaison between the client and the service engineers for installation, training, and warranty issues.
Job Types: Full time, Permanent, Fresher
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
