Job Overview

Core Responsibilities

Reporting: Create daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports covering event expenses, lead tracking, and project status.

Data Accuracy: Ensure 100% accuracy in data entry and validation from various event sites.

Financial Tracking: Maintain clear records of vendor bills, payment cycles, and client receivables.

Dashboard Management: Use Excel to build straightforward, visual dashboards that reflect the "health" of current event projects.

Coordination: Work closely with the ground team to collect raw data and refine it into professional formats.

Mandatory Technical Skills (Advance Excel)

We are looking for someone who doesn't just know Excel, but can use it to solve problems. You must be proficient in:
Advanced Formulas:



SumIfs, CountIfs, VLOOKUP, XLOOKUP, and String functions.

Pivot Tables: Expert level (Slicers, calculated fields, and multi-sheet pivots).

Data Formatting: Conditional formatting and data validation to prevent entry errors.

Speed: Fast and accurate data processing with a high degree of "keyboard-only" navigation skills.

Experience: 2-3 years in an MIS or Back Office role.

Education: Any Graduate.

Communication: Basic proficiency in English and fluency in Bengali/Hindi.

Availability: Ready to work in a fast-paced environment with occasional extended hours during peak event seasons.
