Responsibilities:
- Engage with leads, present product/service offerings, and convert them into customers.
- Maintain regular follow-ups to nurture leads and build robust customer relationships.
- Update and manage customer interactions in the CRM system.
- Work towards monthly and quarterly sales goals.
- Stay updated on industry trends and competitors.
- Work closely with marketing and field sales teams to improve sales strategies.
Requirements:
- Strong communication and persuasive skills.
- Experience in inside sales, tele calling, or lead generation is a plus.
- Ability to handle objections and negotiate effectively.
- Familiarity with CRM software and Microsoft Office
- Self - motivated with a results - driven approach.
Pay: ₹350,000.00 - ₹550,000.00 per year
