Role Objective

The Creative Video Editor & Graphic Designer will be responsible for producing high-quality visual content that aligns with brand strategy, enhances audience engagement, and supports marketing initiatives across multiple digital platforms.

This role requires a robust balance of creative thinking, technical execution, and content awareness,



with the ability to translate ideas into visually compelling assets.

Key Responsibilities1. Video Production & Editing
- Edit and produce high-quality video content for:
- Instagram Reels and Stories
- YouTube Shorts and long-form content
- Promotional and branded content
- Structure videos with clear storytelling, pacing, and engagement flow
- Create strong opening hooks and maintain viewer retention throughout the content
- Incorporate subtitles, sound design, transitions, and motion elements
- Adapt raw footage into multiple content formats suitable for different platforms
- Maintain consistency in tone, visual style, and brand identity

2. Graphic Design & Visual Asset Creation
- Design high-quality creatives for:
- Social media posts and carousels
- Thumbnails and promotional banners
- Marketing and campaign visuals
- Develop layouts that reflect strong visual hierarchy, balance, and readability
- Ensure brand cons
