Role Overview

As a Wine Server, you will be responsible for delivering an exceptional, refined wine experience to guests inside luxury retail environments. You are not just serving wine — you are curating a moment of sophistication, elegance, and class.

Key Responsibilities
- Serve wine with perfect etiquette, posture, and precision
- Present bottles with confidence, including:
- Label presentation
- Opening with finesse
- Controlled pouring (no spills, no overfill)

- Maintain glassware perfection (spotless, premium handling)
- Understand and explain:
- Basic wine types (red, white, rosé, sparkling)
- Taste profiles (dry, sweet, fruity, bold, etc.)

- Recommend wines based on guest preferences
- Ensure luxury-level body language, tone, and communication
- Maintain hygiene,



grooming, and uniform standards at all times
- Coordinate with the service team for seamless guest experience

Requirements:
- Prior experience in fine dining / luxury café / hotel / wine service preferred
- Basic wine knowledge (training will be provided if attitude is robust)
- Excellent communication skills (Hindi + basic English required, polished English preferred)
- Strong personality with confidence and elegance
- Ability to handle high-end clientele professionally
