Key Responsibilities

1. Field Promotions & Brand Awareness
- Conduct on-ground marketing activities such as roadshows, kiosks, and promotional campaigns.
- Distribute marketing materials (brochures, flyers, offers) in targeted areas.
- Promote ongoing schemes, offers, and new collections to potential customers.
- Create awareness about the brand in local markets and residential areas.

2. Lead Generation & Customer Engagement
- Identify and approach prospective customers to generate qualified leads.
- Build relationships with local communities, businesses, and influencers.
- Maintain a database of leads and follow up regularly to convert them into sales.

3. Event & Activity Management
- Assist in organizing exhibitions, in-store events, and promotional activities.
- Coordinate with vendors, societies, and event organizers for marketing tie-ups.
- Ensure smooth execution of marketing campaigns on the ground.

4. Market Research & Competitor Analysis
- Conduct surveys to understand customer preferences and market trends.




- Gather feedback from customers and share insights with management.
- Monitor competitor activities, pricing, and promotional strategies.

5. Reporting & Documentation
- Submit daily activity reports and weekly performance updates.
- Track leads, conversions, and campaign effectiveness.
- Maintain proper records of marketing expenses and materials.
