We are reaching out to seek your support with some specific requirements we are currently working on at VMentor for a large FMCG organisation & a couple of Petrol companies..

We are looking to onboard and deploy experienced FMCG field professionals (not classroom trainers) & experienced Petroleum field professionals for a 1-year on-field mentoring role. They can be currently OJT trainers too but our chance will make them on our payroll.

The individual will work closely with ASMs and field sales staff, accompany them on beat, observe execution on-ground, and provide structured feedback on what is working well, what needs improvement, and how performance can be enhanced. This is a pure on-the-job coaching and mentoring role, with extensive field involvement and mínimal classroom interaction.

The role requires the individual to be on the field for approximately 20/22 days in a month,



working closely with sales teams across assigned territories.

Ideal profile:
- 10+ years of FMCG field sales/Petrol field experience
- Practical, grounded, and able to coach through observation and feedback

Locations:Pune (to cover Maharashtra), Delhi / NCR (to cover Delhi NCR & parts of UP), UP & MP

Engagement details:
- 1-year contract
- Onboarded on VMentor’s payroll and deployed with the client
- 6 LPA CTC based on profile & experience, along with travel reimbursement

Job Type: Contractual / Temporary
Contract length: 12 months

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
