Key Responsibilities
- Site Execution & Supervision: Oversee all in office activities, including carpentry, plumbing, electrical, and finishing works, ensuring adherence to design specifications and quality standards.
- Scheduling & Progress Reporting: Create/maintain project schedules, and provide daily/weekly progress updates, photos, and reports to project managers or clients.
- Vendor & Labour Coordination: Manage, schedule, and coordinate with contractors, labourers, and subcontractors to ensure a smooth workflow.
- Material Management: Track material deliveries, inspect quality, and manage on-site inventory to prevent shortages or damage.
- Safety & Compliance: Enforce site safety norms, cleanliness, and disciplinary rules to ensure a safe working environment.
- Issue Resolution: Identify and resolve on-site technical issues, design conflicts, or delays promptly.
- Site Handover: Perform final inspections (snag list)



and assist in the smooth handover of projects to clients.
- Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Experience: 2-5+ years in interior design, fit-out, or residential/commercial construction.
- Technical Knowledge: Ability to read and interpret detailed, technical, and architectural drawings.
- Software Proficiency: Basic understanding of AutoCAD and MS Office (Excel, Word) for reporting.
- Communication: Strong interpersonal skills to manage laborers and interact with clients.
- Education: Typically a Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or Interior Design.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
