Job Description — Reservation Executive (Suviraj Hotels)

The Reservation Executive is responsible for handling room bookings, managing guest inquiries, and ensuring smooth reservation operations to maximize hotel occupancy and revenue.
Key Responsibilities
Reservation Handling
- Provide accurate information about room types, rates, and hotel facilities
- Assist guests with booking modifications, cancellations, and special requests
- Confirm reservations and send confirmation details to guests
System Management
- Update reservations in the hotel PMS (Property Management System)
- Maintain accurate guest profiles and booking records
- Monitor room availability and inventory daily
- Coordinate with front office and housekeeping for room status
Guest Communication
- Respond to guest inquiries professionally and promptly
- Assist guests with group bookings and corporate reservations
- Handle special requests (early check-in, late check-out, extra beds, etc.)
- Provide information about hotel policies and services
Revenue & Sales Support
- Promote hotel packages, offers, and upgrades




- Follow up on pending bookings and inquiries
- Work to achieve occupancy and revenue targets
- Coordinate with sales team for group and corporate bookings
Coordination with Departments
- Coordinate with:
- Front Office
- Sales Team
- Housekeeping
- Accounts Department
- Ensure smooth guest arrival and departure planning

Qualification & Experience
- Graduate / Diploma in Hotel Management (preferred)
- 1-3 years experience in hotel reservations or front office
