About the Role:
As a Telecaller at Zonixtec IT Services Pvt. Ltd., you will handle outbound calls, qualify leads, and support the sales team by setting up meetings with potential B2B clients. You will play a key role in generating business opportunities for IT services such as website development, custom software, CRM, and ERP solutions.

Key Responsibilities:
- Make cold calls to potential B2B clients and follow up on marketing leads
- Understand client requirements and qualify leads based on company services
- Schedule meetings and demos for sales and technical teams
- Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, and follow-ups
- Stay updated on company services to handle client queries effectively




- Share feedback and insights from calls to improve sales strategies

Skills & Qualifications:
- 6 months - 1 year experience in telecalling, inside sales, or lead generation
- Excellent verbal communication in English, Hindi, and Marathi:
- Strong listening and problem-identification skills
- High resilience and positive attitude while handling rejection
- Graduate in Business, IT, or related field:
- Basic understanding of IT services (preferred)
- Target-driven with solid interpersonal skills

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹17,000.00 per month
