Key Responsibilities
- Outbound & Inbound Calls

Make calls to potential or existing customers and handle incoming inquiries professionally.
- Lead Generation

Identify and generate new leads through cold calling, follow-ups, and database management.
- Customer Interaction

Explain products/services clearly and answer customer queries effectively.
- Sales Conversion

Convince customers and close sales or schedule appointments for the sales team.
- Follow-up Activities

Regularly follow up with interested customers to convert leads into business.
- Data Management

Maintain accurate records of calls, customer details, and feedback in CRM or Excel.
- Target Achievement

Meet daily/weekly/monthly call and sales targets.
- Customer Relationship Management

Build and maintain positive relationships with customers for repeat business.
- Handling Objections

Address customer concerns and objections confidently.
- Reporting

Prepare daily reports on calls, leads, and conversions.
- Coordination with Team

Work closely with sales and marketing teams for campaign execution.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
