Job Title: Machine Operator

About the Role:
We are looking for a dedicated and technically skilled Machine Operator to join our team in Ichhapore, Surat. You will be responsible for setting up, operating, and maintaining machinery to ensure smooth and efficient production.

Key Responsibilities:
- Operate, monitor, and adjust machines during regular production cycles.
- Perform routine machine maintenance and basic technical troubleshooting.
- Inspect the output to ensure it meets our quality standards.
- Strictly follow all workplace safety protocols and maintain a clean workspace.

Requirements:
- Education: ITI certification or Diploma in a relevant technical field (Mechanical, Electrical, etc.).
- Experience: Freshers welcome / 1+ years of experience preferred.
- Robust attention to detail and the ability to follow technical instructions.
- Reliable, punctual, and ready to work in an active industrial environment.

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
