About the Brand

Mingler Living is a premium Italian leather furniture brand specializing in Italian designer leather furniture that combines luxury, comfort, and contemporary design. As we expand our franchise network, we are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Visual Merchandiser to elevate our showroom presentation and brand experience.

Key Responsibilities

Plan and implement Visual Merchandising (VM) standards across new and existing franchise showrooms.

Execute VM setup for recent franchise stores, ensuring premium brand presentation.

Monitor and maintain VM consistency in existing franchise showrooms.

Coordinate with franchise teams to ensure proper product display, layout, and styling.

Source and manage VM materials, props, display accessories, signage, and branding elements.

Develop creative display concepts to highlight premium Italian leather furniture collections.





Conduct regular VM audits and provide improvement recommendations.

Work closely with marketing and sales teams to support product launches and promotional displays.

Ensure showrooms maintain a luxury retail environment and customer experience.

Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Visual Merchandising, Interior Design, Retail Design, or related field (preferred).

2-5 years experience in Visual Merchandising, preferably in furniture, home décor, lifestyle, or luxury retail.

Strong sense of aesthetics, styling, and space planning.

Experience in retail display planning and showroom setup.

Ability to coordinate with multiple franchise locations.

Willingness to travel for new showroom setups and VM audits.

Good communication and organizational skills.

What We Offer Salary. 25000-30000 per Month.
