Key Responsibilities:
- Handle domestic & international flight reservations
- Manage hotel bookings as per client requirements
- Use GDS systems (Amadeus / Galileo / Sabre) for ticketing
- Issue, reissue, cancel, and refund flight tickets
- Coordinate with airlines, hotels, and suppliers for confirmations
- Share itineraries, vouchers, and booking details with clients
- Handle customer queries and provide post-booking support
- Maintain booking records and reservation data accurately
- Ensure timely follow-ups and high customer satisfaction

Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Minimum 3-5year experience in flight & hotel reservations
- Knowledge of GDS systems (mandatory)
- Understanding of fare rules, baggage policies, and visa basics
- Valuable communication skills (English & Hindi)
- Customer-oriented and detail-focused approach
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹10,390.06 - ₹50,000.00 per month
