Job Overview
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Factory Worker to join our agile manufacturing team. Duties
- Operate various manufacturing equipment including CNC milling machines, CNC lathes, stamping presses, press brake machines, and flexo presses with precision and safety awareness
- Read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and CAD (Computer-Aided Design) files to accurately produce parts and assemblies
- Program and troubleshoot CNC machinery using CAM (Computer-Aided Manufacturing) software and Fanuc controls to optimize production runs




- Handle materials safely using forklifts and other warehouse equipment, ensuring proper materials handling and storage procedures
- Perform quality control checks utilizing precision measuring instruments such as calipers, micrometers, and micrometer gauges to ensure parts meet specifications
- Assemble components on the production line using hand tools, welding techniques, and fabrication methods while adhering to GD&T; (Geometric Dimensioning & Tolerancing) standards
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment, following safety protocols at all times to prevent accidents or injuries

Skills
- Proficiency in operating CNC programming tools including Fanuc controls, CAM programming, CNC milling machines, CNC lathes, and stamping presses
- Strong blueprint reading skills combined with mechanical knowledge for accurate fabrication and assembly
- Experience with manufacturing processes such as machining, welding, fabrication, tooling setu
