Dispatch Executive - Plastic Injection Manufacturing

We are a fast-growing, medium-scale Plastic Injection Manufacturing unit supplying to reputed lighting brands across India.

To strengthen our dispatch and logistics operations, we are hiring a disciplined and system-oriented Dispatch Executive who can ensure timely and accurate product delivery.

Key Responsibilities Dispatch Planning & Execution
- Plan daily dispatch as per production & sales schedule
- Ensure timely and accurate delivery of finished goods to customers
- Schedule dispatches based on order priority & inventory availability

Documentation & Compliance
- Prepare and verify dispatch documents (Invoice, E-way Bill, LR coordination)
- Maintain dispatch registers and transporter records
- Ensure correct packing standards & FIFO compliance

Coordination & Follow-Up
- Coordinate with Production, Stores & Transporters
- Follow up with transporters for timely vehicle placement




- Handle transporter communication & basic rate negotiation

Reporting & Control
- Maintain Dispatch MIS in Excel
- Daily dispatch reporting to management
- Coordinate stock reconciliation with Stores department

Qualification

✔ Graduate (B.Com / BBA / Commerce / Management preferred)
✔ Robust working knowledge of MS Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Table, basic formulas mandatory)

✔ 3-6 years experience in Dispatch within Plastic Injection / Manufacturing industry
✔ Experience handling minimum 2-5 vehicles dispatch per day preferred
✔ Strong documentation & system discipline
✔ Good coordination & communication skills
✔ Ability to manage transporter follow-ups independently

Salary & Benefits

₹25,000 - ₹30,000 per month (Based on experience & skill level)

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
