Conducting experimentsUsing lab equipment, chemists perform experiments to analyze the chemical and physical composition of substances. They may also develop current products or improve existing ones.
- Maintaining equipmentChemists maintain and calibrate lab equipment, and order supplies. They may also troubleshoot or report malfunctions.
- Analyzing resultsChemists analyze and report the results of their experiments. They may also write technical reports.
- Ensuring safetyChemists ensure compliance with laboratory health and safety guidelines. They may also sterilize equipment and store materials in secure places.
- Providing technical supportChemists may provide technical support to customers.

Other responsibilities of a lab chemist may include: Performing chemical and physical testing on products, Developing and improving analysis procedures, Testing chemical samples for quality control, and Monitoring inventory of consumables and reagents.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
