Job Role:
We are looking for a responsible and detail-oriented Site Supervisor to manage day-to-day site activities, ensure quality execution, and coordinate between design and execution teams.

Key Responsibilities:
Supervise daily in office interior work (carpentry, electrical, plumbing, painting, etc.)

Ensure work is executed as per approved drawings and designs

Coordinate with designers, vendors, contractors, and labor teams

Monitor project timelines and ensure timely completion

Check material quality and manage on-site inventory

Take site measurements and report progress updates regularly

Identify and resolve on-site issues quickly

Ensure proper finishing and quality standards are maintained

Maintain site discipline and safety practices

Required Skills:
Strong knowledge of interior execution and materials

Ability to read and understand working drawings

Good coordination and team management skills

Problem-solving attitude and attention to detail

Basic communication skills (local language + English,



Kannada & Hindi preferred)

Qualifications:
Diploma/Degree in Interior Design, Civil Engineering, or related field

1-2years of site supervision experience in interiors

Preferred:
Experience in residential & commercial interior projects

Knowledge of BOQ, measurements, and vendor handling

Salary Range (India):
₹2.0 - ₹4.5 LPA (based on experience and project handling capacity)

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
