Key Responsibilities:
- Teach Telugu to students of Grades 3-7 in accordance with CBSE and Cambridge guidelines
- Plan and deliver structured lesson plans aligned with curriculum objectives and learning outcomes
- Develop students’ reading, writing, grammar, vocabulary, and speaking skills in Telugu
- Conduct assessments and evaluations as per CBSE and Cambridge standards
- Prepare teaching aids, worksheets, and interactive learning materials
- Maintain student records, attendance, and academic progress reports
- Encourage correct pronunciation, handwriting, and language usage
- Participate in academic planning, staff meetings, and school activities
- Communicate effectively with parents regarding student progress
- Ensure a secure, inclusive, and disciplined classroom environment
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Telugu / Arts
- B.Ed (mandatory as per CBSE norms)
- Robust command over spoken and written Telugu
- Knowledge of CBSE and/or Cambridge curriculum,
assessment patterns, and pedagogy
- Experience teaching primary and middle school students
Preferred / Nice-to-Have:
- Master’s degree in Telugu
- Experience in CBSE or Cambridge schools
- Familiarity with activity-based and experiential learning methods
- Ability to integrate technology into teaching
