Job Title: Recovery Agent (Debt Collection Specialist)Role Objective

The Recovery Agent is responsible for the investigation, contact, and negotiation of delinquent accounts. The primary goal is to recover outstanding balances while maintaining the company’s reputation and adhering to all federal and state financial regulations.

Key Responsibilities
- Portfolio Management: Oversee a diverse desk of delinquent accounts (ranging from 30 to 120+ days past due).
- Skip-Tracing: Use advanced investigative tools (LexisNexis, TLO, social media) to locate customers whose contact information is no longer valid.
- Negotiation & Settlement: Engaging with debtors to establish voluntary repayment via full payment, settlements, or structured payment plans.
- Compliance Adherence: Maintain 100% compliance with the Fair Debt Collection Practices Act (FDCPA) and the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA).
- Documentation: Record detailed, accurate, and real-time notes of all interactions, "promises to pay," and disputes within the CRM.
- Legal Liaison:



Identify accounts that are "uncollectible" through standard means and recommend them for legal action, repossession, or wage garnishment.
- Government Liaison: Establish Relation with MSME Department For Recovery Through ODR Porta.
- Police Liaison: Establish Relation with P.S. for FIR and Quick Action.

Pay: ₹9,690.29 - ₹33,371.81 per month
