- Explain company products or services clearly.
- Answer customer questions and resolve queries..
- Maintain records of calls and customer information.
- Follow up with customers for feedback or further communication.
- Meet daily/weekly/monthly call targets.
- Positive communication and interpersonal skills
- Basic computer knowledge.
