Job Title: Academic Coordinator

Job Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic and organized Academic Coordinator to oversee curriculum implementation, monitor teaching quality, and support academic excellence in the school. The Academic Coordinator will work closely with teachers, department heads, and school leadership to ensure effective lesson planning, student assessment, and professional development, while maintaining high standards of teaching and learning.

Key Responsibilities:
- Support teachers in lesson planning, teaching strategies, and classroom management.
- Observe classes, provide constructive feedback, and implement teaching improvement plans.
- Oversee student assessment processes, including exams, evaluations, and report preparation.
- Analyze academic performance data and recommend interventions to improve student outcomes.
- Facilitate teacher training, workshops, and professional development programs.
- Ensure alignment of teaching practices with the school’s educational philosophy, vision, and policies.
- Collaborate with school leadership on academic planning,



timetabling, and resource allocation.
- Maintain up-to-date records of academic activities, student progress, and teacher performance.
- Promote innovative teaching-learning strategies, including technology integration and project-based learning.
- Address academic concerns raised by teachers, students, or parents.
- Assist in curriculum development, enrichment programs, and extracurricular academic initiatives.

Qualifications:
Education:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Education, Curriculum Development, or a related field.
- Certifications in educational leadership, pedagogy, or curriculum design are a plus.

Experience:
- Minimum 5-8 years of teaching experience in schools, preferably with experience in academic coordination or mentoring roles.
- Experience in curriculum planning, assessment, and teacher supervision is preferred.
