As a Field Supervisor you will have to perform the following duties:
- Daily site visits (5-10 minimum)
- Check guard attendance and uniform discipline
- Arrange replacements for absent guards
- Collect and report client feedback
- Support recruitment when needed
- Report daily issues to owner
- KPI: Attendance >95%, mínimal complaints, zero unreported absence
Pay: ₹10,279.78 - ₹18,000.00 per month
