The F&B; Associate is responsible for delivering high-quality food and beverage service to guests at Rosa Stays properties. The role involves assisting in meal preparation, service, guest interaction, and maintaining hygiene standards to ensure a pleasant and personalized dining experience aligned with boutique hospitality standards.

Key Responsibilities




- Set up dining areas and ensure cleanliness before and after service.
- Serve food and beverages to guests professionally and courteously.
- Assist in basic food preparation and pantry coordination (as required).
- Take guest orders and communicate clearly with kitchen staff.
- Ensure proper presentation and timely service of meals.
- Maintain hygiene and safety standards in dining and kitchen areas.
- Handle guest requests and special dietary requirements.
- Monitor stock of F&B; supplies and inform supervisor for replenishment.
- Clear tables and maintain cleanliness of service areas.

Requirements:
- 1-3 years experience in hotel/resort/restaurant F&B; service preferred.
- Basic knowledge of food service and hygiene standards.
- Good communication and guest-handling skills.
- Presentable appearance and customer-service attitude.
- Willingness to work versatile shifts, weekends, and holidays.
