Role Overview
BIT is looking for a dedicated CAD Civil Designer to join our design wing. This role is for a technical expert who can convert architectural sketches and structural briefs into "Good for Construction" (GFC) drawings. You will be instrumental in the planning and execution phases of residential, commercial, and infrastructure projects.
Technical Requirements
AutoCAD (mandatory): Mastery in 2D Drafting, Layers, and Xrefs.
Revit Architecture: For BIM modeling and documentation.
3ds Max / SketchUp: For high-end 3D elevation and rendering.
STAAD Pro / ETABS: Basic understanding or ability to draft structural details.
Qualification: B.E. / B.Tech (Civil), B.Arch, or Diploma in Civil Engineering/Draughtsmanship.
Experience: 0-3 years.
Freshers with a strong "Diploma in CAD" or a solid project portfolio are encouraged to apply.
Skills:
- Sound knowledge of Indian construction materials and RCC detailing.
Ability to understand and implement "Redline" markups from senior engineers.
Strong communication skills in English
