We are looking for a energetic and confident Telecaller to generate leads and connect with potential clients interested in home and office interior design services. The role involves explaining our interior solutions, scheduling site visits, and supporting the sales team in converting inquiries into projects.

Key Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to prospective customers
- Handle inbound calls and customer inquiries
- Explain products/services clearly and professionally
- Generate and qualify leads
- Schedule appointments for sales teams
- Maintain customer database and call records
- Follow up on leads and previous conversations
- Achieve daily/weekly/monthly call targets

Required Skills:
- Good communication and convincing skills
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, CRM tools)
- Ability to handle rejection and objections
- Active listening skills
- Time management and multitasking

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹12,000.00 per month

Education:
- Bachelor's (preferred)
