Job Summary

The Room Attendant is responsible for cleaning, sanitizing, and preparing Airbnb rental units to ensure a high standard of cleanliness, comfort, and guest satisfaction. This role plays a key part in maintaining excellent guest reviews and ensuring properties are guest-ready according to platform standards.

Key ResponsibilitiesCleaning & Housekeeping
- Clean and sanitize bedrooms, bathrooms, kitchen areas, and living spaces.
- Change bed linens, replace towels, and restock essential supplies.
- Dust, vacuum, mop floors, and clean windows and mirrors.
- Remove trash and ensure proper disposal.
- Follow enhanced cleaning protocols aligned with Airbnb guidelines.

Property Preparation
- Conduct pre-arrival inspections to ensure units are guest-ready.
- Report maintenance issues or damages promptly.
- Arrange furniture and décor to maintain presentation standards.
- Ensure amenities (Wi-Fi devices, toiletries, kitchen essentials) are available and functional.

Inventory & Supplies




- Monitor housekeeping supplies and notify management when restocking is required.
- Safely handle cleaning chemicals and equipment.

Guest Satisfaction
- Respond promptly to urgent cleaning requests when required.
- Maintain discretion and respect guest privacy.
- Help ensure properties consistently receive high ratings and positive reviews.

QualificationsEducation
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.

Experience
- Prior housekeeping, hotel, or short-term rental cleaning experience preferred.
- Familiarity with short-term rental standards is a plus.

Skills & Competencies
- Strong attention to detail
- Time management and ability to work under tight turnaround times
- Physical stamina (lifting, bending, standing for extended periods)
- Reliability and punctuality
- Basic understanding of hygiene and sanitation standards

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
