THE OPPORTUNITY
We are seeking a detail-oriented Data Operations Intern for a 2-month engagement to support data management, document handling, and administrative activities. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with data and documents, has solid Excel skills, and pays close attention to detail.
WHAT YOU WILL DO
- Work extensively with Microsoft Excel.
- Creating, updating, and maintaining spreadsheets
- Using formulas such as VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, IF, SUMIF, etc.
- Creating and analyzing data using Pivot Tables
- Edit, merge, format, and organize documents using PDF editing tools
- Prepare and format documents using MS Word
- Review data and documentation for accuracy and consistency
- Maintain organized digital records and foldersSupport ad-hoc data, documentation, and administrative tasks as required
