QA Tester
- Provide basic IT support for local Windows systems and network-related tasks

Job description:
Quality Assurance (Primary Focus)
- Test new features before release
- Identify bugs, edge cases, and inconsistencies
- Document issues clearly with steps to reproduce
- Perform regression testing after updates
- Validate complete user flows
- Test API endpoints and integrations
- Verify fixes after resolution
- Provide usability and performance feedback

IT Support (Secondary Responsibility)
- Provide IT support for Windows workstations and network-related tasks
- Assist with basic network troubleshooting
- Help configure local development or staging environments when needed
- Support system setup and user access management
- Assist with monitoring cloud infrastructure
- Provide basic support related to Microsoft Azure (if applicable)

Requirements:
- Excellent command of the English language
- Solid attention to detail
- Ability to create structured bug reports




- Familiarity with Windows OS and basic networking
- Comfortable working with APIs (Postman or similar tools)
- Good problem-solving skills
- Strong communication skills

Considered an advantage:
- Basic knowledge of Node.js environments
- Experience with PostgreSQL / Supa base
- Experience with Microsoft Azure
- Experience writing automated tests

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
