Hiring Picker (Warehouse)

Job Summary:
The Picker is responsible for accurately selecting, packing, and preparing products for dispatch as per order requirements. The role ensures timely order fulfillment while maintaining quality and inventory accuracy.

Key Responsibilities:
- Pick products from warehouse shelves based on invoices, pick lists, or handheld scanners
- Ensure correct quantity and quality of items are picked (spices, packaged goods, etc.)
- Pack items safely to avoid damage during transit
- Label and prepare orders for dispatch
- Maintain cleanliness and organization in the picking area
- Assist in stock arrangement and inventory checks
- Follow FIFO (First In First Out) method for product selection
- Coordinate with warehouse supervisor and dispatch team
- Report any damaged, expired,



or missing stock immediately

Requirements:
- Minimum Graduation
- 3-5 years of experience in warehouse, FMCG (preferred)
- Basic understanding of warehouse operations
- Physically fit and able to lift goods
- Attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to work in a fast-paced setting

Working Conditions:
- Warehouse environment
- May require standing for long hours
- Shift-based work (if applicable)

Salary Range:
₹15,000 - ₹16,000 per month (depending on experience)

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹16,000.00 per month
