Job Summary:
Pathfinder is hiring a proactive Marketing and Sales Executive whose primary responsibility will be to visit schools, interact with students, and promote the company’s courses/programs. The role requires robust communication skills and a passion for fieldwork.

Key Responsibilities:
- Visit schools regularly to promote Pathfinder’s programs and services
- Interact with students and provide information about courses
- Generate student leads and convert them into enrollments
- Build and maintain relationships with school authorities
- Conduct presentations, seminars, or small awareness sessions in schools
- Meet daily/weekly visit and admission targets




- Maintain records of visits, leads, and conversions

Requirements:
- Minimum qualification: Higher Secondary / Graduate (preferred)
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Confident in speaking with students and school staff
- Basic understanding of sales is an advantage

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month

- Kalyani, West Bengal: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
