Counsellor
Excellent Multimedia, a leading creative training institute in Pune, is hiring an experienced Counsellor.

Experience: Minimum 2+ years in education counselling

Role:
- Understand the educational background, career goals, and creative interests of students.
- Counsel and guide students and parents regarding course offerings, fee structures, career prospects, and admission procedures.
- Follow up with leads regularly and convert inquiries into admissions.
- Maintain student records and update in required format the accurate information.
- Coordinate with faculty and academic teams to ensure proper course counselling.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly admission targets.

Skills Required:*
- Bachelor’s degree (preferred in Arts, Design, or related fields).
- 1-3 years of experience in counselling, telesales, or student support roles.




- (Freshers with excellent communication and interest in design education may also apply.)_
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Knowledge of graphic design industry or design software trends is a plus.
- Positive presentation and convincing skills.
- Marathi and Hindi preferable ( English an added advantage).
