We’re looking for a full-time Reel Editor who can turn long-form podcast content into high-retention, viral short-form videos.
Role Overview
You will be responsible for editing podcast clips into engaging reels that:
- Capture attention in the first 3 seconds:
- Maintain high retention throughout:
- Are optimized for Instagram Reels / YouTube Shorts
Key Responsibilities
- Edit podcast footage into 30-120 second reels:
- Add solid hooks, captions, and storytelling elements:
- Use motion graphics, transitions, and visual effects to enhance engagement
- Incorporate subtitles, emojis, zooms, cuts, and sound effects:
- Identify viral-worthy moments from long-form content
- Maintain consistency with brand tone and style
What We’re Looking For
- Proven experience in short-form video editing (Reels/Shorts):
- Strong sense of pacing, hooks, and audience retention:
- Good knowledge of motion graphics (After Effects preferred)
- Proficiency in tools like:
- Premiere Pro / Final Cut Pro
- After Effects (for motion graphics)
- Understanding of trending formats and social media algorithms
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹70,000.00 per month
