Job Description:
Role & responsibilities
- Knowledge of UG NX softweare and worked in injection moulds [PLASTICS]
- Experience 3-5 years on plastic mould design with UG NX 3D
- Must be able to design injection mold/ compression and transfer molds.
- Preparations of design feasibility and manufacturing (DFM).
- Making 2D and 3D Model.
- Responsible for tooling document control (DCN and ECN).
- Knowledge in Tool Manufacturing and Moulding defects.
1. Knowledge of all type of molds designing
2. Proper tooling design to up-keepmolds to its original or better capability
Additional Requirement
- Proficiency in Excel and Word and other MS functions are required.
- Auto CAD, knowledge.
- Use of gauges and other measuring instruments.
- Documentation and Positive vocabulary
Qualifications, Skills & Abilities
1. Diploma in Tool and die making / Post Diploma in tool design (GT& TC, NTTF, CIPET, and CITD).
3. Shop floor experience required (Min 2 years Tool making / maintenance).
