Position: Assistant Plating Supervisor

About the Role:
We are looking for an Assistant Plating Supervisor to support our plating operations for fasteners. The role involves overseeing daily plating activities, ensuring plating quality as per IATF standards, and maintaining bath parameters and records.

Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in managing zinc / copper-tin plating lines.
- Monitor bath parameters, plating quality, and chemical levels.
- Coordinate with QC for inspection and maintain process documentation.
- Supervise plating staff and ensure safe, efficient operations.
- Support maintenance and compliance with environmental and safety norms.

Requirements:
- Diploma / B.Sc. in Chemistry or Surface Coating Technology.
- 2-5 years of experience in metal finishing or fastener plating.
- Knowledge of plating processes, troubleshooting, and quality systems (IATF / ISO).

Skills:
- Strong process understanding, attention to detail, and team coordination.

Salary: As per industry standards.

Job Types: Full time, Fresher

Pay: ₹14,000.00 - ₹21,000.00 per month
