We are looking for a proactive and organized Office Intern to support our daily administrative and operational

efficiently. This role provides hands-on exposure to office management, coordination, and professional work

culture within a fast-paced multimedia and public relations setting.

Responsibilities
- Assist in day-to-day office operations, coordination, and administrative tasks.
- Maintain records, documentation,



and data organization in both digital and physical formats.
- Support team members with research, scheduling, and communication tasks.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth workflow and timely completion of assignments.
- Assist in organizing meetings, events, and client-related activities.
- Perform miscellaneous tasks to support business operations and team productivity.

Job Specification
- Currently pursuing or recently completed graduation in any discipline (Management, Commerce,

Media, or related fields preferred).
- Basic knowledge of MS Office / Google Workspace tools.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Good verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to multitask and work in a team-oriented environment.
- A positive attitude, willingness to learn, and professional work ethic are essential.
