Role Overview:
Karmic Beauty is looking for a highly proactive QA/QC and Manufacturing Coordination Executive who will act as the single point of contact between the brand, manufacturers, and formulators. This role is responsible for ensuring seamless communication, maintaining quality standards, and expediting production timelines across packaging materials, raw materials, and finished goods. The individual must be hands-on, mobile, and ready to be present at partner factories whenever required to prevent delays or lapses in execution.

Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate closely with manufacturers, formulators, and packaging vendors to ensure timely production and dispatch.
- Oversee QA/QC checkpoints across raw materials, packaging components, bulk, and finished goods.
- Track production schedules and proactively follow up to avoid bottlenecks or missed timelines.
- Visit factories and vendor locations as required to monitor processes, resolve issues, and accelerate execution.
- Verify specifications, documentation, and compliance with brand quality standards.




- Ensure packaging accuracy, labeling correctness, and overall product readiness before dispatch.
- Maintain detailed reports on batch status, quality observations, and production progress.
- Work cross-functionally with internal teams to align manufacturing priorities with launch timelines.

Qualifications & Experience:
- B.Sc. (Sciences) or B.Pharm is mandatory.
- 2-5 years of experience in QA/QC, production coordination, or manufacturing operations within cosmetics, personal care, pharma, or FMCG.
- Strong understanding of manufacturing workflows, packaging materials, and quality control processes.
- Ability to travel frequently and be physically present at factories when needed.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills with a strong sense of ownership and urgency.
