About the Role:
You will be responsible for generating new business opportunities, building strong client relationships, and coordinating with carriers and shippers to ensure smooth freight operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle international sales and cold calling to generate new leads and clients.
- Build and maintain relationships with shippers, carriers, and partners.
- Negotiate rates and close deals to meet or exceed sales targets.
- Coordinate shipments, ensuring on-time and cost-effective delivery.
- Maintain records and update CRM systems with client and shipment details.
- Provide excellent customer service and resolve issues promptly.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
1. 1-3 years of experience in international sales / calling / cold calling.
2. Experience in BPO,
KPO, logistics, or freight forwarding preferred.
3. Strong communication and negotiation skills.
4. Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
5. Good understanding of global markets and customer engagement.
