We are seeking a highly skilled Senior VFX Compositor to join our team. This role requires a robust artistic eye, advanced technical expertise, and the ability to lead complex shots from start to finish. You will work closely with VFX supervisors and other departments to integrate CG elements, live-action footage, and effects into cohesive, high-quality final images.

Key Responsibilities
- Composite complex shots including CG integration, multi-pass rendering, and live-action elements
- Lead shot execution from initial brief to final delivery, ensuring high visual quality
- Collaborate with VFX supervisors, lighting, FX, and paint/roto teams to achieve creative goals
- Mentor and support junior and mid-level compositors
- Ensure consistency in color, lighting, and continuity across sequences




- Troubleshoot technical and artistic challenges efficiently
- Optimize workflows and contribute to pipeline improvements

Requirements:
- 5+ years of experience in VFX compositing for film, TV, or high-end media
- Advanced proficiency in Nuke (or equivalent compositing software)
- Strong understanding of color theory, lighting, perspective, and photographic principles
- Experience with multi-pass compositing, deep compositing, and AOV workflows
- Ability to interpret creative direction and provide solutions independently
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills
- Proven ability to handle high-pressure production schedules
- Experience with scripting (Python, Nuke gizmos)
- Familiarity with ACES or color-managed workflows
- Experience working with 3D passes and rendering pipelines
- Leadership or supervisory experience

Pay: From ₹60,000.00 per month
