The Project Supervisor (Process Coordinator) plays a vital role in ensuring that our programmes run efficiently, processes are followed, and all tasks are completed in alignment with our core goals.

Role Overview

We are looking for a Project Supervisor who will act as a Process Coordinator to ensure the smooth flow of multiple projects within IND.
This role requires someone who is comfortable overseeing project timelines, managing resources, and ensuring accountability across teams.



The person will ensure that tasks and subprojects are executed systematically, with a focus on timely delivery and process improvement.

Key ResponsibilitiesA. Process Coordination & Task Management
- Coordinate across teams to ensure consistent progress of all ongoing projects.
- Break down complex processes into manageable steps and assign responsibilities.
- Ensure that all team members adhere to the set timelines and processes.
- Track progress of deliverables and escalate issues where required.

B. Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Act as the point of contact between different teams (clinical, media, marketing, sales, etc.) to ensure smooth workflow.
- Ensure smooth handoffs between different teams for cross-functional tasks.
- Communicate project status updates to leadership, teams, and stakeholders.

C. Monitoring & Reporting
- Monitor the status of each project or process and provide regular reports on progress.
