Job Title : Customer Relationship Executive (Fintech / IT Background Required)

About the Role:
Are you passionate about building lasting customer relationships and delivering exceptional service? We’re looking for a proactive Customer Relationship Executive with a background in Fintech or IT to join our dynamic team. You will be the key liaison between our customers and internal teams, ensuring smooth communication and outstanding customer experiences.

Key Responsibilities:
- Act as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries, requests, and feedback
- Build and nurture strong, long-term relationships with customers
- Understand customer needs and ensure timely resolution of issues
- Collaborate with Operations, Sales, Finance, and Technical Support teams to deliver consistent service
- Maintain and update customer data and interaction logs using CRM tools and Excel
- Prepare reports on customer interactions, issues, and resolutions
- Assist in onboarding new customers and provide necessary guidance
- Identify process improvement opportunities to enhance customer satisfaction





Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Must have experience in Fintech or IT domain
- Fluent English communication (written & verbal)
- Proficient in MS Excel and general computer skills
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- Robust cross-functional collaboration skills
- Excellent organizational and time-management abilities
- Customer-centric with strong problem-solving skills
- Minimum 2-3 years experience in a customer-facing or support role (preferred but not mandatory)
- Familiarity with CRM tools (HubSpot, Zoho, Salesforce, etc.) is a plus

Soft Skills:
- Empathy and patience in handling customer concerns
- Strong interpersonal skills and active listening
- Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively
- Attention to detail in documentation and reporting

Education:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Commerce, or related field preferred
