Key Responsibilities
- Deliver an exceptional customer experience through warm interaction, product knowledge, and attentive service
- Understand customer needs and recommend suitable products to drive conversions and repeat business
- Achieve daily and monthly sales targets with a proactive sales approach
- Maintain store presentation, visual merchandising, and overall store hygiene
- Handle billing, POS operations, and assist in inventory tracking
- Prepare and submit daily sales reports and maintain accurate records
- Support stock management, replenishment, and store organization
- Build strong relationships with customers and ensure high customer satisfaction

Requirements:
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Passion for sales and customer interaction
- Curious,



observant, and eager to learn about products and customers
- Positive understanding of retail store operations and management
- Ability to maintain daily sales reports and basic documentation
- Presentable, proactive, and detail-oriented
- Prior retail or sales experience preferred
