We’re looking for a passionate Commi 1 who can bring finesse, flavor, and consistency to our continental kitchen.
What you’ll do:
- Prepare and present continental dishes with precision
- Assist in daily kitchen operations and mise en place
- Maintain hygiene and quality standards
- Support senior chefs in execution and innovation
What we’re looking for:
- 2-4 years experience in continental cuisine
- Strong knowledge of sauces, grills, and plating
- Speed, discipline, and attention to detail
- A team player with a hunger to grow
