ROLE OVERVIEWG Square & Company is looking for confident and result-oriented Sales Executives / Telecallers to handle business enquiries, lead follow-ups, customer communication, franchise enquiries, and sales coordination.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

- Make outbound calls to prospective customers and business leads.
- Handle incoming sales and franchise-related enquiries professionally.
- Explain company offerings, services, and business opportunities clearly.
- Follow up regularly with interested leads and potential customers.
- Qualify leads and schedule meetings or further discussions.
- Work towards converting enquiries into potential sales opportunities.
- Maintain accurate records of calls, lead status, follow-ups, and next actions.
- Update lead information in Excel, Google Sheets, CRM, or other tracking systems.
- Coordinate with internal teams for smooth lead handling and closures.
- Follow up consistently on pending leads.
- Work towards daily, weekly, and monthly calling and sales targets.

SKILLS REQUIRED
- Strong communication, convincing, and negotiation skills.




- Good command of Hindi and English.
- Confidence in speaking with customers and prospects over calls.
- Good understanding of lead follow-up and customer handling.
- Ability to handle objections professionally.
- Strong interpersonal and listening skills.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel / Google Sheets / CRM tools.
- Strong follow-up and time-management skills.
- Comfortable working with sales targets and deadlines.
- Basic knowledge of AI tools such as ChatGPT, Gemini, Microsoft Copilot, or similar platforms for drafting follow-up messages, creating call scripts, summarising leads, researching prospects, and improving productivity.
- Positive attitude, discipline, and willingness to learn.

QUALIFICATION – MANDATORY
- Candidate must have completed a Bachelor’s degree from a recognised university.
- Basic computer proficiency is required.

FRESHERS ARE WELCOME TO APPLYFreshers with strong communication skills, confidence over calls, and an interest in sales are encouraged to apply. Previous experience in telecalling, sales, customer support, lead generation, inside sales, or business development will be an advantage but is not mandatory.
