Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Sales Executive Surgery role based in Bhopal.

The Sales Executive

Surgery is responsible for promoting and selling surgical products and medical technologies to healthcare providers, including hospitals, clinics, and surgical centers. Daily activities include meeting with surgeons and medical staff, conducting product presentations and demonstrations, and providing clinically informed information to support product adoption. The role involves managing sales pipelines, following up on leads, preparing quotations, negotiating terms within company guidelines, and closing deals.

Surgery will also monitor market trends, gather customer feedback, collaborate with internal teams on product and service improvements, and ensure timely after-sales support and documentation.

Qualifications

- Strong sales and negotiation abilities, with experience in healthcare or medical device sales preferred.
- Solid knowledge of surgical products, medical technologies, or a related clinical field, and the ability to understand technical product details.
- Effective communication and presentation skills, including the ability to engage with surgeons, clinical staff, and purchasing departments.
- Proven skills in relationship building, customer service, and account management to maintain long-term partnerships with healthcare providers.
- Positive organizational, planning, and time-management skills, including the ability to manage multiple client visits and sales activities in the Bhopal region.
- Comfort with using basic digital tools and CRM systems for reporting, tracking sales activities, and maintaining accurate records.
- Bachelor’s degree in science, healthcare, business, or a related field is preferred; relevant sales or medical device certifications are an advantage.
- Ability to work independently on-site, travel locally as needed, and adhere to ethical and regulatory standards in healthcare sales.
