About the RoleNexHouz Marketing Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a Sales Executive to join our growing real estate sales team. The role involves handling customer inquiries, understanding property requirements, arranging site visits, and converting leads into successful sales.

Key Responsibilities

- Connect with customers and understand their property requirements and budget.
- Make calls and follow up with interested leads.
- Explain project details, pricing, payment options, and amenities.
- Recommend suitable properties based on customer requirements.
- Schedule and coordinate site visits.
- Build strong customer relationships through regular follow-ups.
- Handle customer queries throughout the buying process.
- Work with the sales team to close deals.
- Maintain accurate lead and customer details in the CRM.
- Track daily calls, follow-ups, and site visits.
- Achieve assigned monthly sales targets.

- Requirements





- Any Graduate / Bachelor’s Degree.
- 2–4 years of sales experience preferred.
- Real estate sales experience is an added advantage.
- Strong communication, convincing, and negotiation skills.
- Comfortable interacting with customers over phone and in person.
- Willingness to travel for site visits when required.
- Positive, self-motivated, and target-oriented approach.
- Ability to work effectively in a team.
